On October 9th, H Circle welcomed over 35 participants from across the globe to our Gut Health Masterclass, led by Payal Kothari, India’s leading gut health nutritionist and best-selling author of The Gut.

In this powerful two-hour session, Payal invited us to pause, listen to our bodies, and understand that every thought, craving, and emotion begins in the gut.

Payal began by introducing her proven 4R Gut Reset Method, a simple yet profound framework that has helped thousands heal naturally:

One of the most powerful moments in the masterclass came when Payal spoke about the gut–mind connection.

The gut is not just an organ,” she said, “it’s your second brain home to over 100 million neurons.”

Through live breathing exercises and grounding practices, she showed how stress, worry, or emotional suppression can directly impact digestion and nutrient absorption.
Yoga, breathwork, and meditation, she reminded us, are not luxuries they are daily medicines for balance.

As part of her teaching, Payal shared 10 daily non-negotiables — simple actions that build gut resilience and joy:

  • Start the morning with rice kanji or a light warm meal
  • Include a good fat every day — coconut oil, ghee, or olive oil
  • Protein first — fuel your day right
  • Eat one stewed apple and one bowl of vegetable soup daily
  • Add color to your plate — a rainbow of fruits and veggies
  • Stay hydrated with electrolytes and mindful sips
  • And above all — listen to your body more than to trends
