Welcome to the H Circle Wellness Circle. By enrolling in our wellness plans, you’re entering a curated experience designed to support your holistic journey. Please review this Wellness Circle Policy carefully before beginning your journey with us.


SECTION 1 - OVERVIEW OF THE WELLNESS CIRCLE

The H Circle Wellness Circle is a carefully curated experience offering access to products, services, and guidance that nurture balance and well being. Your plan may include, but is not limited to:

• Exclusive savings on wellness offerings

• A Starter Wellness Box with thoughtfully selected essentials
  

SECTION 2 - FEES & ENROLLMENT

Your plan contribution is collected at the time of enrollment and provides access for either three months or one year from the date of joining.

• All contributions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• H Circle may review and update pricing as needed; any changes will be communicated in advance.
  

SECTION 3 -CANCELLATION

• Wellness Circle plans are designed as intentional, time-bound experiences.
  Cancellations are not permitted once enrollment is complete.

SECTION 4 - BENEFITS & BOUNDARIES

• Wellness Circle benefits are for individual use only and may not be shared.

• Offers and savings apply only to eligible products and services within H Circle.

• H Circle may evolve or adapt Circle benefits over time to better serve our community.

SECTION 5 - PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES

H Circle reserves the right to pause or end access in the event of:

• Misuse of Circle offerings

• Fraudulent behavior or violations of our values

In these cases, no refunds will be issued

SECTION 6 - POLICY UPDATES

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in our offerings or approach.
Continued participation in the Wellness Circle after updates will imply acceptance of the revised terms.
