At H Circle, we take great care in curating high-quality wellness products and experiences. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.

SECTION 1 - RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • All sales are final – Due to the personal and consumable nature of our products (such as teas, essential oils, and wellness items), we do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • Digital products (such as masterclasses and online sessions) are also non-refundable.

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please refer to Section 3 below.

SECTION 2 - REFUNDS

  • Since all sales are final, we do not offer refunds except in cases where the product arrives damaged or an incorrect item is received.

  • If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at customer@hcircleclub.com with:

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging showing the issue.

  • Your order number.

  • Our team will assess the situation and determine if a replacement or refund is applicable.

SECTION 3 - DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

  • We want you to receive your order in perfect condition. If your package arrives damaged or contains the wrong item:

  • Contact us at customer@hcircleclub.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the item, packaging, and order details.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, if applicable.
