SECTION 2 - SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME

We offer the following shipping options:

Economy Shipping: Estimated delivery within 8 business days.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4 business days.
Note: Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.
SECTION 3 - SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free shipping is available on orders over $100.00 (USD).

Any applicable customs duties or taxes for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.
SECTION 4 - PAYMENTS & BILLING

Payment must be completed at checkout. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment methods.

For recurring memberships, your payment method will be automatically charged per billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.
SECTION 5 - TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
SECTION 6 - LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team at customer@hcircleclub.com

If your order is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

If you receive a damaged item, please email us within 24 hours with a photo of the damaged product to request a replacement or refund.
SECTION 7 - ADDRESS ERRORS & NON-DELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you for re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
