At H Circle, we are committed to ensuring that your wellness essentials reach you in a timely and safe manner. 
Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.


SECTION 1 - ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME

  • We offer the following shipping options:

  • Economy Shipping: Estimated delivery within 8 business days.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4 business days.
        
    Note: Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING COSTS

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Free shipping is available on orders over $100.00 (USD).

  • Any applicable customs duties or taxes for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.

SECTION 4 - PAYMENTS & BILLING

  • Prices are displayed in United States Dollar (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment must be completed at checkout. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment methods.

  • For recurring memberships, your payment method will be automatically charged per billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.

SECTION 5 - TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

SECTION 6 - LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team at customer@hcircleclub.com

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

  • If you receive a damaged item, please email us within 24 hours with a photo of the damaged product to request a replacement or refund.

SECTION 7 - ADDRESS ERRORS & NON-DELIVERABLE PACKAGES

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you for re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
