Are Classes In-Person or Online?
All sessions are conducted online for your convenience — connecting you to experienced yogis in India, wherever you are.

How Do Online Classes Work?
Sessions are hosted via Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms. You’ll receive a link in your confirmation email — join from your laptop or phone with a stable internet connection.
Are the Instructors Certified?
Yes. All H Circle yoga instructors are certified and trained in India, ensuring authentic and safe practices.
Can I Reschedule or Cancel My Class?
Yes, with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.
How Do I Choose My Yoga Instructor?
We’ll match you with an instructor based on your goals, experience level, and preferences. All instructors are certified in multiple styles.
How Long Is Each Session?
Yoga sessions typically last 50 minutes. Meditation or breathing-focused sessions are 30 minutes. Custom durations are available upon request.
What Happens If I Miss My Scheduled Class?
If you miss a session without 24-hour notice, it will be considered complete. Please notify us ahead of time to avoid being charged.
There is a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session will continue with the remaining time. After 15 minutes, the session may be forfeited.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Sessions canceled after this window will be charged in full or marked as completed if part of a package.
You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance, subject to instructor availability. Late rescheduling requests may be treated as cancellations.
